A loft extension to create a two-storey apartment in South East London

Working alongside Dyvik Kahlen Architects, we helped convert a first-floor flat into a wonderful two-storey home for a growing family.

The project included:

  • Converting the loft space into a bedroom and ensuite
  • Spiral staircase
  • A new dormer on the rear side of the roof
  • Two roof-lights on the front roof and one on the rear roof
  • New open plan kitchen and lounge
  • Other internal alterations
  • Full refurbishment
